Reiki Treatments
Usui Reiki is a hands on healing system originated in Japan by Dr Usui in the late 19th Century
The word Reiki means “Universal Life Force”
Treatments consist lying fully clothed on a couch in a warm room, with gentle music playing, whilst I place my hands on the body beginning on the head and ending on the feet.
It promotes positive and beneficial effects on your physical, mental and emotional health. Recipients often report a sense of deep relaxation and well being following a treatment.
Treatments last about 1 hour. Five weekly sessions are normally sufficient to feel a lasting change.

Reiki Courses
Reiki courses are conducted in small groups of 2 or 4 people at Sunyanas home in North London
Reiki 1 course £160
A two day course during which you will learn how to do a self-treatment and treat others.
Reiki 2 course £220
A two day course which covers the Usui Reiki Symbols and distance healing.
Reiki Masters £965
32 hours of one to one teaching where you will learn more symbols and how to attune others.
Please speak to me to arrange individual dates for this and only recommended for thsoe who ahve mastered Reiki 1 & 2.
