Delivery Charges

Deliveries are made during the standard working week of Mon – Fri excluding weekends and all National Bank / Public holidays. A different daytime delivery address can be used for delivery purposes only and this must be clearly stated when ordering.

There are two types of despatch time for UK customers and two types of despatch times for International customers, known as Standard (3-7 working days) or Express (1-3 working days). Below are the fees incurred for each of these categories dependant upon wieght

Please Note: Items to Scotland, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland will be sent using the prices above for  UK but  via Royal Mail only . This is because both DHL & Fed Ex charge much more to deliver to these geograhical areas which far exceeds the UK standard and Express rates above.

For larger quantities please email stating your exact  location (town & country) and a postal estimate will be given 

For UK customers ordering  2 or more items postage will be capped to just £12.95 for UK standard (3-7 working days) no matter how many items or how heavy the items are . This may not occurr automatically online so please go through to PayPal as usual and email from here notifying me of your order and a refund for the balance of postage will be issued immediately.  

The above despatch times are when items are placed into the Royal Mail or DHL (UK) or Royal Mail & forgeign (International) services. These are not the times you can expect to recieve your items as this can take longer due to the reliance upon postal services outside of Solari UK's control (UK & non UK based postal / delivery services). 

You will always be notified of additional delays to your order as soon as it is known. Any estimated delivery time cannot be guaranteed as Solari UK relies wholly upon the delivery services of external delivery companies (Royal Mail, DHL & Federal Express & International Postal Services). Solari UK has no control over the Royal Mail, DHL or any international postal services once items are in their care. This is why trackable deliveries are used for all domestic & international customers which can be viewed at  www.royalmail.co.uk once you have your item reference number (please only request this if a query is being raised)

Disputes over lost items can take upto 28 days after posting into the Royal Mail system for UK &  International services.

Items must be signed for by an adult at the address stated acknowledging delivery and the good condition of the items . If no one is available to accept the delivery on 2-3 occassions the goods will be returned to Solari UK by the delivery company . In the event that items are returned because failure to accept receipt of your goods, you will have to pay the additional postage cost of having the items resent to you on any subsequent occasion. There will be an administration and re-delivery fee of £15 incurred in addition to the delivery / postage charges mentioned.
