Payment & Refund Policies
1. Online payment methods are all via PayPal
The following methods via PayPal & e-cheques payable in £' Stirling only .

2. UK Postal Orders must be in £'s Stirling, payable to Solari UK your full postal address, delivery address and the items ordered enclosed with the payment to be sent to ;
Solari UK, 442b Larkshall Road, Highams Park, Chingford, London E4 9HH UK
3. Direct Bank Transfer payments into Solari UK accounts can also be arranged but will need to clear before the despatch of goods. Please enquire for bank details for using BACS.
No cheques or credit & debits cards are accepted ( besides PayPal) as of March 2008
All sales must be pre-paid and cleared in advanceof despatch of goods
Redeeming Gift Vouchers
Solari UK Gift Vouchers unlike other store vouchers, are valid indefinatley - there is no expiration date.
Vouchers can be used against any product but excludes postage costs or any additional balances payable.
Items will not be despatched until full payment is received
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or change given
Paper Vouchers cannot be used online so please phone or email with the code number & amount and this amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account or total bill.
If paying via UK Postal Order or Cash simply add the postage cost deduct the vouchers from your product total remembering to add the postage costs afterwards. Then simply post in with your full name, address & product request .
Refunds for Products
If you are not completely satisfied with any products that you have purchased you will be given a full refund for the goods providing full proof of purchase including invoices and transaction confirmation is included.
If you change your mind before delivery is receievd you have the option of "Refusing Delivery". This menas that when Royal Mail or FedEx attempt to deliver to you you simply refuse to accept the parcel.They will then take the item away and it will eventually be returned to me; there is not cost to you for returning the item .Once received a refund excluding postage costs will be given for your items in the manner that you paid
Refunds can only be issued to the original payee of goods.
Postage costs (original and to return goods) Gift wrapping & Express Delivery cannot not be included in any refund unless the item has a manufacturing fault in which case a replacement will be sent.
Photographic (email jpeg) evidence of damaged items will be required for both this company & our external postal services to validate any claims of damage caused in transit . Reimbursement to yourself relies upon this requiremnet being met if requested . In the event of more than one item being damaged all items must be photographed together, with teh damaged packaging as well as individual images of specifically damaged items.
All returns must be recieved here within 7 days of despatch and I must be notified within 48 hours of delivery the reason why the goods are no longer required or are deemded to be faulty. This would need to be made in writing (email or post) in order to keep it on file.
Goods must be unused, unsoiled and of merchantable quality and returned in suitable packaging to protect it against damage during transit back to us. A replacement or refund will be given if the goods returned fulfil the above criteria .
If proof of purchase cannot be provided an exchange, gift vouchers or credit note can be given.
Refund Exclusions
Tarot Decks, Divination Cards, Tarot Book Sets Divination Sets and all packaged cards can only be returned if the inner cellophane wrapping is unbroken . Decks that have been handled will not be refunded as they cannot be resold. Please use the images and sets of reviews provided on the site before purchasing items of this nature.
Personalised, hand made or especially sourced items that are not actually shown on this website are non refundable orders unless the errors incurred have been caused by us in which case a full refund including postage costs will be given or an alternative / replacement given. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds for Courses & Consultations
All fees are payable in advance
Cancellations for consultations whether in person or telephone must give at least 48 hours notice in order to be refunded in full (less any travel expenses if already booked) . If less time is given, the fee paid is non refundable .This does not affect your statutory rights.
Students on are given a 5 day "cooling off" period from the time of booking a course (e.g courses of 5 weeks or more) in order to change their mind and receive a full refund. If less than 21 days notice is given the refund will be less a £20 administration fee. Full details are on the Registration / Booking that is issued to all students.
If less than 14 days is given for courses of 5 weeks or more no refund will be given but one of the following can be offered;
1. a transfer to another course of the same equivalent fee (balances can be topped up)
2. the student can arrange a replacement student who can "buy them out"
3.Solari UK Gift Voucers for the balance can be issued and used against any product & services
